ABOUT THE PRODUCT
SANPROS is a homogeneous metal soap blend obtained by mixing calcium stearate and zinc stearate in controlled ratios during the reaction process.
This method maximizes the dispersion between the two components, resulting in a stable product structure with uniform performance.
By utilizing the synergistic effects of both stearates, the product provides both heat stability and processing ease.

APPLICATION AREA
• Used as a heat stabilizer and lubricant in PVC production.
• Acts as a lubricant in the production of all types of compounds, including masterbatch, engineering plastics, and calcite compounds made from polymers like PE, PP, etc.
• Serves as a mold release agent during thermoplastic processing to enable easy demolding
• Used in plastics such as polyolefins, polystyrene, and ABS to improve fluidity and facilitate processing.
• Enhances the surface quality of plastic products, providing gloss and smoothness.
• Its water-repellent property reduces the effects of moisture on products.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
It varies depending on the formulation, processing conditions and product type.
PACKAGING
The product is packaged in 20 kg PP or kraft bags or, upon request, in 1000 kg big bags.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
Appropriate personal protective equipment should be used. It is recommended to wear a mask, protective clothing, gloves, and eye/face protection.
