ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Stabilizers are essential additives that enable PVC to gain resistance against heat during processing and enhance the physical properties of the final product.
In particular, calcium-zinc based stabilizers are widely used in both flexible and rigid PVC applications due to their environmentally friendly nature and ability to provide good thermal stabilization.
The Sanstab CZ 203 series, developed for flexible plastic applications, is specifically designed for cable applications suitable for temperatures of 70°C, 90°C, and 105°C.
These stabilizers offer compatible solutions tailored to different production needs, thereby improving product quality.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
It varies depending on the formulation, processing conditions and product type.
PACKAGING
The product is packaged in 25 kg PP or kraft bags or, upon request, in 1000 kg big bags.
