ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Stabilizers are essential additives that enable PVC to gain resistance to heat during processing and enhance the physical properties of the final product.
In particular, calcium-zinc-based stabilizers are widely used in both flexible and rigid PVC applications due to their environmentally friendly nature and effective thermal stabilization.
The Sanstab CZ 2080 series, developed for rigid plastic applications, has been specially formulated for injection molding processes.
These stabilizers offer compatible solutions tailored to various production needs, thereby improving product quality.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
It varies depending on the formulation, processing conditions and product type.
PACKAGING
The product is packaged in 25 kg PP or kraft bags or, upon request, in 1000 kg big bags.

CHEMICAL DEFINITION
A mixture of metallic soaps composed of calcium and zinc salts of C16–C18 long-chain fatty acids and various chemicals.
