ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Lead-based stabilizers are traditional additives that provide high thermal stability, excellent processing consistency, and cost advantages during PVC processing.
These stabilizers have been reliably used in the PVC industry for many years and are effective in both flexible and rigid PVC formulations. They are particularly preferred in applications requiring long service life, resistance to external factors, and dimensional stability.
In the field of rigid plastic applications, the Sanstab 2050 series has been specially developed for pipe-grade PVC applications.
These stabilizers offer tailored solutions for various production needs, thereby enhancing product quality.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
It varies depending on the formulation, processing conditions and product type.
PACKAGING
The product is packaged in 25 kg PP or kraft bags or, upon request, in 1000 kg big bags.

CHEMICAL DEFINITION
A metallic soap blend containing lead (Pb) salts of C16–C18 long-chain fatty acids and auxiliary additives.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
