ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Lead-based stabilizers are traditional additives that offer high thermal stability, excellent processing consistency, and cost advantages during PVC processing.
These stabilizers have been safely used in the PVC industry for many years and are effective in both flexible and rigid PVC formulations. They are particularly preferred in applications that require long service life, resistance to external conditions, and dimensional stability.
The Sanstab 2080 series, developed for rigid plastic applications, has been specially designed for injection molding processes.
These stabilizers offer tailored solutions to meet various production needs, thereby enhancing product quality.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
It varies depending on the formulation, processing conditions and product type.
PACKAGING
The product is packaged in 25 kg PP or kraft bags or, upon request, in 1000 kg big bags.

CHEMICAL DEFINITION
A metallic soap blend containing lead (Pb) salts of C16–C18 long-chain fatty acids and auxiliary additives.
